Applicants will ideally be fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA although applicants who are not qualified but have previously operated at this level will also be considered as the FD and MD consider skills, experience and personality fit to be the most importance factors. You will be skilled across most if not all of the details outlined in the above breakdown of duties and will be a proven Financial Controller or a Management or Financial Accountant ready to make the step. You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills and a proven ability of being able to business partner with non-finance budget holders and senior management.
