Whilst the group covers Export & Asset Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Real Estate Finance and Structured Finance, the client is particularly interested in speaking to candidates with either experience or interest in Infrastructure Finance (or similar sectors).

The associate would join the London group providing support across all sub-sectors and teams in the origination and execution of financing transactions.

The Hiring manager is interested in candidates from a variety of backgrounds, however they are particularly interested in speaking to candidates with the following experience:

2-4 years' experience in debt advisory, structured finance, project finance, ratings advisory, lending products and/or capital markets

An ability to model a broad range of debt products including term loans, RCF, bonds, inflation linked debt and derivatives

Understanding of the underlying legal documentation required for Loan facilities and bond issuance

Experience in the processes undertaken for a bond issuance, acquisition financing, export finance, project finance and/or refinancing

Understand security principles and able to negotiate and develop appropriate financial structures across sectors
