We currentlyhavea newopportunity for a Platform Manager, Finance to join Mirvac on a Fixed Term Full-Time basis to cover for 12 month - Maternity Leave. The platform layer of Mirvac's new integrated digital operating model is the 'engine room' of both individual systems and assemblies of multiple systems that power our products layer. The Platform Manager, Finance is the custodian of the finance platform and the associated systems that underpin this capability. Leading an agile team, you will focus on making Mirvac's finance platform accessible, reusable, secure and modern so that it better enables products and outcomes and ensures operational efficiency.

This role will give you the opportunity to continue to drive innovation at Mirvac and to rapidly unlock the future value of our integrated business model for our customers, places and people through frictionless digital platforms.

Further duties will include, but are not limited to:

·Lead the finance platform team

·Custodian of Mirvac's finance platform and end-to-end management responsibility for the platform

·Establish and communicate the finance platform vision and its role in supporting operational efficiency, financial integrity, customer experience and growth

·Deliver a finance platform capability supporting the core principle of a reusable component-based underlying technology architecture

·Collaborate closely with product teams and the wider business and customer stakeholders toensure the finance platform roadmap matches business needs and strategic intent

·Ensure the team delivers a high level of service and support to users of the finance platform

·Effective pipeline management and resource allocation

·Analyse and assess the competing needs of stakeholder groups

·Applyan equal measure oftechnologyand commercial focus to ensureMirvac's finance platform is both innovative and cost effectivethroughout the lifecycle

·Define, control and manage allocated budget across Mirvac's finance platform to ensure maximum business value andROIC

·Maintain scan oftechnologytrends, solutions and capabilities that could supportMirvac's finance platform capability

·Provideexpertadvisory services to the leadership and wider digital team atMirvacas well as other business stakeholders

·Manageallfinance platform-relatedvendors and external capabilities

·Contribute to the leadership, governance,financial management,prioritisation and ultimate success ofthe platform layer of Mirvac's new integrated digital operating model

·Owns the finance platform OKRs and drives the team to deliver on agreed outcomes

·Nurture a high performing and engaged autonomous team to excel in how they work together and collaborate with their peers and the widerorganisation

·Create an environment and culture whereMirvac'sfinance platformassets arerelevantand continually improved by working side by side with business stakeholders

·Responsible for the integrity of Mirvac's financial systems and data

The ideal person will have:

·Relevant tertiary level qualifications

·10+ years in relevant technology/digital roles

·5+ years of leading teams

·Ability to manage and lead a high performance and outcomes-oriented team of professionals

·Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and complexity

·Highest levels of integrity and confidentiality with a strong results and customer focus

·Diverse thinking and inclusive mindset aligning to Mirvac Values and Digital@Mirvac Culture Code

·A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems, improve system and procedural efficiency and effectiveness, and resolve issues as they arise
