We're looking for people to work on challenging problems with solid business and analytical skills, confident stakeholder management and a strong Agile mindset and a proven track record of delivery.

You will have the opportunity to

  • Relate to, and relay the product vision and strategy from product leadership to the development team as needed, including providing clarity on customer and business value
  • Identify things that need attention and ensure the development and product leadership team are aware of them ahead of time
  • Working with development teams and sweating the details; understanding, agreeing and documenting process, workflows, requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders including engineering, product, design, delivery, CX, business team representatives, subject matter experts and external customers
  • Develop positive and constructive relationships with your wider cross-functional team; including Engineers, Designers, Delivery Coaches, Architect, Data, Product
  • Collaborate with and support the development team in the understanding of user personas, creation of user stories, user journeys, story mapping, and acceptance criteria
  • Contribute to functional and nonfunctional requirement understanding and definition
  • Support the team to develop, deliver and measure the success of experiments, hypotheses of achievable learnings and measurable value sooner
  • Contribute to refining, sizing and estimating the product backlog, sprint planning, and showcase preparation/presentation


  • What You'll Bring With You

  • Hands-on experience with Agile processes and Lean principles and delivery in a software development environment
  • Experience working in SaaS environment is advantageous
  • Experience in a problem-solving role using critical thinking skills
  • Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
