The opportunity

As an Accounts Payable (AP) Officer you will play a crucial role in ensuring invoices are paid on time.You can expect to partner with colleagues, stakeholders, subcontractors and suppliers with any AP queries and to ensure processes are efficient.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Accurate processing of 150 invoices a day
  • Managing weekly payment runs
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Investigating and resolving queries
