An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the T2 team. Based at our Global Support Office in Collingwood, reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant.

Key Responsibilities include.
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Weekly pay runs to global vendor base
  • Entering large volumes of purchase orders
  • Liaising with department heads and leasing manager to ensure purchase order approvals are done on time
  • Corporate credit card management
  • AP Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Managing AP inbox communications
  • CAPEX coding
  • Inter entity reconciliations
  • Ad hoc support for department heads
  • Assist senior financial accountant with any ad hoc duties

  • The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills in this fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated accounts payable experience in a large company with high volume of transactions
  • NetSuite experience preferred but not necessary
  • Intermediary excel skills
