  • Full function accounts receivable position
  • High volume experience required

    My client has seen significant growth in the last 12 months due to some strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Operating in the manufacturing industry this business is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for their Brisbane Office. This role will be a permanent position.

    The Role
  • Manage key customer accounts including reconciliation and dispute resolution;
  • High volume, daily allocations and receipting;
  • Invoice raising and credit adjustments;
  • Debt management on outstanding accounts;
  • Reconciliation of multiple high volume bank accounts; and
  • Additional ad-hoc duties as required.

  • About You
  • Experience in a medium to large sized organisation;
  • It is essential that you have strong Excel experience, ability to use VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables;
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years in a specialised Accounts Receivable role;
  • Ideally you will have strong reconciliations skills;
  • Strong investigation and stakeholder management skills;
  • Team focused attitude; and
  • Strong customer service skills.
