Dataiku is looking for someone with integrity, energy, and a strong financial background to join our very international and growing finance team. You’ll help us on a wide array of topics across finance, accounting, operations, and administration. This role offers a motivated and hardworking individual the opportunity to make a big impact, while learning about many aspects of our business. 

You will be supporting the Financial Operations team  in maintaining, cleaning and organizing data. You will assist with spotting and investigating errors to ensure accuracy with our Salesforce tools and our reporting tools, financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating reporting in SalesForce.
• Assist with cleaning  SalesForce financial-related data.
• Assist with cleaning mass-data in Excel, and their  import in other tools.
• Help implement new processes.
• Collaborate with other teams (analytics team, finance team…) to ensure accuracy of data.Initiate, lead, and participate in projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Attention to details is key.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken in English.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong Spreadsheet and systems skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment in a fast paced environment.
• Self-motivated with an eye towards continuous learning and improvement.
• Ability to work with remote teams.
