Requirements    
Fluent English
Minimum 4 years of leadership experience on the similar position
Customer orientation and experience in maintaining relationships with client on
Experience in F&A area (preferable BPO or SSC)

Responsibilities    
Managing the performance of the team, ensuring that the service levels are met
Monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures
Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
Providing operational support to team members
Handling client communication and escalations
