Following a successful 'test and learn' we are now looking for people to help us operationalise the program across the Home Owners and Business Owners Portfolios. This will be a great opportunity to join a small, fast-paced 'pop-up' squad and will suit someone who is not afraid to try new things in a dynamic, iterative environment.

Some of the key accountabilities for these roles include:
  • Working closely with a wide variety of stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Risk and Assurance, Pricing, Marketing, Customer Resolution, Process Governance, Technology, DDO) to curate and develop training material that will uplift product management knowledge.
  • Partnering with stakeholders in our AR&C Product Tribes to shape and execute implementation, change and communications strategies to ensure a joined-up, cohesive roll-out of the program at a tribe level.

  • About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring some of the following:
  • Flexible and adaptable with a track record of being hands on, delivering high quality outcomes
  • Practical application of change management and implementation methodologies, tools and activities within complex and large scale people projects
  • Experience developing learning and development content
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in an agile environment, including tools such as Jira and Confluence will be looked upon favourably
  • Passionate about growth and a desire to contribute beyond your current skill-sets
  • A strong ability to work as part of a team, and experience managing senior stakeholders
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills would be well regarded
  • You may also have an understanding of Product Management and Learning & Development
