Responsible Banking - Journey Experts: Change, Communications, Learning and Development
ANZ's purpose is to shape a world where people and communities thrive and to achieve this we need great people to join our Responsible Banking Portfolio. We are looking for two individuals who are passionate about optimising the end-to-end customer journey to join us for a six-month secondment.
You will be working on a learning and development initiative that will uplift product management knowledge and capability for people who play a role in developing, delivering and maintaining ANZ's retail and commercial customer propositions.
Following a successful 'test and learn' we are now looking for people to help us operationalise the program across the Home Owners and Business Owners Portfolios. This will be a great opportunity to join a small, fast-paced 'pop-up' squad and will suit someone who is not afraid to try new things in a dynamic, iterative environment.
You will help to curate and build out resources across a variety of topics along the end-to-end product management value chain. Additionally, you will leverage or build relationships with a wide range of senior stakeholders and enablement teams as you work to support the effective roll-out and delivery of the program at a tribe level.
You will have a range of skills in your toolkit including highly developed change management, communications, implementation and stakeholder management skills. An added advantage would be skills or experience in product management and/or learning and development.
