Chief Commercial Officer
Mackenzie Stuart is exclusively partnering with a Start-Up Medical Aesthetic organisation who are actively searching for a Chief Commercial Officer. This position will require you to deliver strategic leadership for defining the commercial path to growth and profitability of the company and the establishment of an effective growth process and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- You will be primarily responsible for driving and delivering sustained revenue for the business. With direct responsibility for all revenue generating business lines and marketing functions across global operations.
- You will be required to develop the necessary commercial & marketing strategies, prepare sales plans, forecasts and budgets, taking into account historical figures, corporate goals, and market demand in different channels.
- You will also build a commercialisation infrastructure and organisation to drive market adoption and penetration of the company's products. You will take a global perspective on market opportunities and lead in the assessment and prioritisation of geographic as well as market segments.
- You will also participate in recruiting, selecting, and training distributors and other commercial partners.
- You must have in-depth knowledge of medical aesthetics products/services their applications, as they must develop and implement goals and objectives and define performance standards for other employees. Experience in delivering growth in different geographies including the EU, Asia and North America would be considered a key skill. If no direct medical aesthetics knowledge or experience complementary or similar industry experience may be considered.
- You must have a sound knowledge and understanding of both 'push' and 'pull' marketing as well as be able to select and manage all relationships associated with the marketing function, this includes third party suppliers and direct reports.
Requirements:
- BSc degree required or within a related field.
- 5-10 years' experience in the medical aesthetics or similar, required.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful commercialisation strategies for both large corporate and/or early-stage companies.
