Rutherford Briant are recruiting for a Finance Director in Chelmsford. This is with a business which has shown impressive growth over the years and has continuous plans to expand. Reporting into the Managing Director you will have autonomy and commercial control of this c.£60m business whilst implementing and being involved in the strategic decisions/plan.

Key

responsibilities:

• Responsible for Finance, IT and HR
• Building relationships with 3rd parties such as banks, auditors etc
• Making commercial decisions to increase profitability
• Ensure the business is robust for growth
• Financial modeling, budgeting and business planning
