A successful business in the IT industry. This company has continued to grow and thrive over the last 12 months, increasing it's workforce. They are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to report directly to the Finance Director.


Your new role

You will be involved in the accurate and timely reporting of financial information for the business and financial analysis. This will include VAT, posting of journals, accruals and prepayments, bank reconciliation, credit card and expenses reconciliation, variance analysis, budget analysis, statistical reporting and profit analysis. This role would suit an ambitious Accounts Assistant who is eager to learn.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role who is comfortable in the use of accounting systems and comfortable using Excel. Being AAT qualified or studying towards AAT would be advantageous.
