Relocate to the Isle of Wight

Your new company
A complex group with a number of divisions spread across the UK seek to appoint a hands on Controller with P&L responsibility for the local site on the island.

Your new role
Reporting to the CFO and local GM you will have full oversight for the day to day running of the local finance function including all statutory obligations, monthly management reports and business performance reviews. You and your team will ensure the integrity of the financial ledgers are maintained in an accurate and timely manner whilst driving best practice with regards to how the finance function delivers best in class management information to operations. You will lead the local budgeting and forecasting process whilst ensuring rigour is maintained in the annual audit process.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with a strong mix of technical accounting and commercial skills. As a proven leader you will be deadline driven and enjoy working closely with operations. Experience of working within a division of a larger group is certainly desirable.
