Finance Graduate Scheme

Customade are delighted to offer a Finance Graduate scheme opportunity where you will receive the training, support and real experience to develop a successful career in Finance, and you will play a pivotal role at the heart of the business to help achieve our growth plans.   

How the Graduate Scheme will work:

You will participate across the various teams within the Customade finance function, and also across the finance teams across the wider Group where you will learn through a structured programme of business unit placements, ad hoc assignments and hands on work experience. Using the skills and techniques learned you will make critical and practical contributions to the overall contribution of the finance function to the business.

We will also support you as you progress through the CIMA accounting accreditation scheme (entry level determined by the degree and training already completed). 

You will receive a full study package to ensure that you successfully complete your professional qualification. This includes time off to study, attend college and complete online courses. Your professional qualification is only part of the story; we will also support you with a blended approach to training and development including 1:1 coaching, and soft skills training.

You will be supported by a mentor to keep your career and aspirations on track. In addition, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package.

What we are looking for:

A recent or soon to qualify graduate with a 2:2 or above, the discipline is unimportant but a genuine passion to develop a career within finance and accounting is essential.  An Accounting or Business degree will be an advantage with respect to professional development.

Flexibility and enthusiasm will be given more weight than academic ability and, as your knowledge and skills develop, we will look for you to challenge perceived norms and to make measured assessment of any opportunities you identify that can bring business improvements. 

You will need to be highly detail orientated, with strong analytical and excel skills and a resilient approach. You will be expected to work away from home as the scheme will assign you to businesses around the Group for periods of up to three months during the scheme.
