You will be responsible for managing a Payroll team to ensure that the fortnightly Payroll runs smoothly and accurately for 1000+ employees. You will support and develop the team to reach their potential and grow with training and direct supervision. In addition, you will maintain all compliance and legislative requirements including superannuation, taxation, awards and contracts and be the subject matter expert in these areas. You will also be implementing working processes and procedures to meet overarching strategic goals. This is a busy and varied role and will see you partnering with all Business units and being the subject matter expert for Payroll across the Business.
Your Skills & Experience
You are a leader by nature and are energized by supporting and leading others. You are approachable and explain concepts in an understandable manner. You are analytical and able to optimize Payroll systems and implement working processes and procedures. You have outstanding time management skills and an exceptional eye for detail.
