Finance and Payroll Assistant
Permanent and Full time
£18-20,000 plus a performance based bonus
Bridgend

This is a excellent opportunity to build on your existing finance skills and gain some new ones! You will be joining a well established finance team ...... remotely and working from home initially but with the view to return to the office later in the year. You will ideally be an AAT studier (or have studied AAT in the not too distant past!) with some robust experience of finance or financial administration work! A key part of your role will be Payroll........ don't be put off if your haven't worked in Payroll previously as this is an area that can be developed; you will need to be confident with accurate data entry and highly numerate, but training will be provided in order to get you to the stage where you will be responsible for running payroll for the workforce of 150 payees.

Other duties will include processing and managing employee expenses, daily Bank Recs and Cash postings, Sales and Purchase Ledger duties and a range of more general administration tasks. You will need to be relatively local to be considered for this role....... although working from home initially, there is a fantastic office community which you will become a part of in time as the current restrictions lift....... this role will not suit someone who is looking for long term remote work!
