We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to work for this reputable Island Resort that has become one of Australia's most loved and adored venues. Home to a group of 74 idyllic Islands and surrounded by immaculate turquoise waters, the Whitsunday Islands are truly breathtaking. As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for organising and directing the team and supervising all the Resorts assetts, liabilities, revenues and expences.

Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar environment
  • Experience in Hotel and Hospitality is essential
  • Projects a professional image and initiates contact easily with all guests and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with SunSystems Financial Accounts Software, Symphony, Time Target, Materials Control system, Sage Micro-Pay, and POS system will be well regarded
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Organises time and work effectively
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
