  • 3-4 years' experience within the WorkCover industry
  • Knowledge of the Premiums Act and Premiums Order
  • Understanding of the Premium calculation
  • Computer skillsMicrosoft Office (Word and Excel)WorkSafe systems: ACCtion & VPCS

  • Key accountabilities/Key activities

    Portfolio management
  • Manage a Portfolio of allocated clients to ensure Premiums are calculated correctly and paid on time
  • Ensure Policy targets & Audit Compliance service standards are met at all times
  • Processing of New Business applications in accordance with Worksafe guidelines
  • Responding to internal and external customer queries accurately and in a timely manner, whilst meeting performance targets
  • Accurate data entry of certification information
  • Ensuring legislative guidelines are followed at all times

  • Continuous Improvement & Initiative
  • Attending and actively participating in training to maintain a detailed understanding of the relevant Premiums Act, Premiums Order, WorkSafe regulations and policy guidelines
  • Participate in training to increase knowledge in debt collection

  • Customer service
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction with regards to internal and external customers in all activities
