Manager, Credit Assessment As the Manager Credit Assessment , you will supervise, mentor and lead the creditassessment team to ensure CUA can lend safely and in a way that supports agreedperformance outcomes. You lead others todeliver a customer centric service and better-value banking for ourcustomers. As a manager, you will coach,mentor and guide a committed team to take ownership, as they learn and grow intheir roles.

-Essential experience leading teams including demonstrated achievement in coaching, performance management and development conversations
-Demonstrated relationship management, consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills
-Demonstrated strategic & tactical thinking with proven implementation of successful people strategies
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end lending process, and experience in reading and interpreting property and related searches/contracts
-Exposure to consumer, housing and commercial lending environments with an appropriate -Delegated Lending Authority held, and the ability to work within the boundaries of compliance and recommend commercially practical solutions
-Strong customer service ethic and the ability to successfully establish and maintain effective relationships
