  • Our client is tight knight financial planning and accounting firm seeking an experienced Administrator with strong attention to detail. They pride themselves on providing work life balance and a great work culture.

    The ideal candidate will come from a Financial Planning or Accounting background with a strong client centric ethos.

    The Role:
  • Assist Financial Planning team on a daily basis and providing support to internal stakeholders
  • Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure tasks are delivered efficiently
  • Manage the team calendar and organise seminar and events for the financial planning team
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist Financial Adviser to onboard new clients
  • Ensure internal processes and CRM are up to date and maintained
  • Perform all ad hoc administrative duties

  • Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar role or financial services industry
  • Financial planning or accounting experience is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and administration skills
  • Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel. Outlook, Power Point and Pivotal (data extractions) etc
