MinAnalytical, part of the Perenti group of companies, is a quality-focused, independent analytical service company providing a range of geochemical and precious metals analysis to the minerals exploration and mining industry.

Highly motivated and driven Demand Chain Controller/ Planner Scheduler required to join the MinAnalytical Team to provide help drive the production in the business through oversight and information on the current throughput and performance of the two laboratories, smoothing production and ensuring management have current information to take necessary action if services are lumpy or disrupted.

Key responsibilities for the role but not limited to:
  • Build and maintain a view of all planned and current activity in each of the laboratories
  • Develop and Maintain accurate schedules, work scopes and costings to eliminate potential delays
  • Monitor and manage the costs of processing by sample type and processing type and requested turn around
  • Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labour expenses
  • Prepare short to long term planning components schedules and assistance with budgets.
  • Ensure the integrity of the data to allow accurate and current analysis of throughput data - costs and timeliness

  • To be considered for the role, you will need the following skills:
  • Well-developed skills set and experience in costing, estimating, and planning.
  • High level of Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
  • Trade or Tertiary qualification with experience in laboratories and/or Mineral Analysis, Manufacturing or Equipment planning is highly regarded.
  • Project management experience or/and qualification
  • Proven experience liaising with multiple stakeholders within a large organisation, including both internal and external stakeholders.
  • High emotional IQ with demonstrated ability to engage others, including Leadership and operations staff
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
