The Role

This purpose of this role is to support the finance team with the Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / Payroll responsibilities. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and Accountant to support them with any ad-hoc responsibilities. This role will commence as a temporary opportunity with the view to permanency if successful. The role is based on-site with parking available close to the offices.

You will be responsible for:
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Generating Invoices
  • Banking
  • Collections Calls
  • Accounts Payable
  • Processing Invoices
  • Preparing Files for Payment
  • Payment Runs
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Payroll
  • Ad hoc support to Finance team
