Financial Controller for FinTech Start Up - Temp - 6 months (could go permanent)

Your new company
Your new company is a FinTech start up who have very ambitious growth plans and as such are looking to grow their team with committed individuals to achieve this.

Your new role
This will be the first hire into finance, so you will be bringing the finance processes in house and setting up all of the procedures and controls. This will be an all encompassing role so will suit somebody who is comfortable speaking to the board but also happy to roll up their sleeves and complete transactional tasks until the team is expanded.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant who has experience in a start up environment. You will be dynamic and bright and keen to grow with the business, and happy to get involved in whatever is thrown at you.

You will be working for a high growth business with exposure to working with senior stakeholders and the opportunity to set processes up from scratch. This is an initial interim role but there is scope to go permanent for the right candidate.
