Responsibilities

• Full sets of accounts
• Responsible for data entry for all the invoices received from related departments pertaining to all account's receivables. (AR)
• To handle full sets of company accounts
• Prepare invoices / billing if any and payment voucher for accounts payable (AP).
• Monitoring the cash flow for companies with bank account and updating short of funds by getting approval from the directors in-charge.
• Prepare management accounts on monthly basis including fixed Assets (FA) listing, update General
• Ledger (Depreciation and accrual) and schedule for audit purpose after completed the bank reconciliation.
• To assist in company tax submission by preparing tax schedule and liaison with the auditors during field audit.
• Follow up with auditors for audit report & tax agent for company taxation before the due date.
• Payment verification, Management accounts & tax matters
• Checking and verifying payment voucher and make sure payment issued entry to the correct accounting code.
• To review Management Accounts on monthly basis and discuss with management.
• To assist in preparing tax schedule for company taxation submission.
• Responsible for online submission of E number on yearly basis.
• Ad hoc assignments assign by Superior.
• Authorize to verify documentation related to account

Requirements

• Must possess at least Degree in in Accounting/Finance or any equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in related field
• Conversant in general ledger is required for this position and competent in full sets account
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Able to work long hours (if required)
• Able to work under pressure and communicate to all level.
• Well-versed with Accounting Software System.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin will be added advantage.
  

Working Hour

Monday - Friday (10am - 6pm)

Remuneration

RM3,800 - RM6,000
