We are now recruiting for a CAPEX Lead to join us. Reporting to the VP Production, this role will responsible for Business Cycle Budgeting for Supply Chain CAPEX on country level.

Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for CAPEX budget target achievement and projects executionPrepares Long-Term Development Plan on country level and regular updateDevelops the asset base the most efficient way to support the growth agenda (capacity, capability), network optimization, replacement programs, efficiency improvement programs, ROIC improvement and depreciation reductionUses APT (Available Proven Technology) for more efficient assets utilizationResponsible for all production and logistics/customer supply chain CAPEX projectsEnsures Carlsberg Standard Business Cycle Project Governance is in use on country level for budget preparation and budget managementUses Carlsberg reporting system for annual data preparing during budgeting process (cross-functional cooperation with Finance)Uses Carlsberg reporting system for quarterly data collection and spend tracking (cross-functional cooperation with Finance)Works closely across functions (e.g. planning and sales & marketing) to highlight business strategy and production volumes required over 3 to 5 year horizonExecutes coordination of Network Study capacity outputs and links to Long-Term Development (LDP) planning to define investments in support of local business plan strategyPrepares Capacity Evaluations on regular basis (minimum annually) as part of LDP processUses standard Carlsberg Pricing Tool to ensure budget accuracyCaptures all category investments required for Ongoing Projects, Capacity Increase, Commercial NPDs, Asset Replacements, Returnables, Environmental, H&S, Loss Prevention, Quality, Network and Other projectsFacilitates using second hand equipment (APT) within the country projects wherever possibleParticipates in Group standards development in line with Group StrategyExperience and Key Attributes required:
