THE ROLE

Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Junior Accounts Payable Assistant working for a business based in Kettering.

This is a new role due to the company wanting to centralise the finance function.

The role is a temporary to permanent position with full time hours.

THE ROLE &

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Working on allocated business units invoicing and ledgers as directed
Purchase ledger
Supporting other team members with ad hoc administration tasks
Checking supplier statements
Scanning

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

This would suit a finance graduate or a junior finance assistant
Strong communication skills
Sage experience would be desirable

You must be immediately available for work
