Your new role
They are currently looking to appoint a commercial finance lead to manage and drive the financial controls for the business, supporting a finance team and partnering with the senior non-finance team to advise them with any commercial and financial decisions that need to be made.

What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful applicant, you will be fully ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with a demonstrable background in technical accounting, working for an SME, and more recently working in a highly commercial partnering position. It is key that you have experience collaborating with a senior management team and have lead the finance function, taking full ownership of a P&L and balance sheet for a business. Personal qualities required include confident, excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and a stable, yet progressive track record. Staff management is also essential.
