Finance Business Partner

A highly commercial finance role with a leading Cheltenham employer, focusing on financial projects and organisational change initiatives.

You will act as the main finance point of contact for a number of key financial projects, gaining buy-in from a range of stakeholders at all levels. In doing so, you will develop and manage end-to-end finance project plans to ensure that key milestones are met.

You will undertake the financial modelling and due diligence of potential mergers and acquisitions and help to integrate newly acquired businesses to ensure a consistency in reporting. Furthermore, you will look at the profitability of some of our client's products and deliver financial insight to non-finance colleagues.

Our client is seeking a qualified accountant with broad accounting experience and a particular emphasis on business partnering and project support. In this regard, experience of supporting acquisition activity would be particularly useful. We're after a confident communicator and a natural relationship-builder, someone who can think strategically and deliver insight.

A proven problem-solver with experience of financial performance reporting and planning and the curiosity to challenge the status quo.
