Michael Page are recruiting for multiple Interim Accountants to join a large Public Sector based in Leeds.
Client Details
The client is a well known, large Public Sector organisation based in Leeds and one of the largest Public Sector organisations across the UK. They are looking for multiple interim's to join their team. They are a highly regarded employer and offer excellent career opportunities. The Interim Accountant roles are initially for around 6 months.
Description
As an Interim Accountant duties will include but are not limited to, managing the budgets, managing the finances, preparing payroll reconciliations, delivering efficiencies via cost saving initiatives, monitoring expenditure, supporting budget holders, producing monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts, working with stakeholders, managing financial risk, raising financial and commercial awareness across the organisation, analysing supplier financial accounts, dealing with queries and other ad hoc duties.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be immediately available or able to start within a couple of weeks ESSENTIAL
- Be a Fully Qualified Accountant ESSENTIAL
- Have produced annual financial accounts ESSENTIAL
- An excellent understanding of IFRS ESSENTIAL
Job Offer
£420- £500 daily rate + Interim Accountant + Multiple roles available + roles until end of September 21 + public sector organisation in Leeds + weekly pay
