Cooper Lomaz are pleased to be working exclusively with a small SME on the outskirts of Norwich, who are enjoying an exciting period of growth.
This is a newly created role, reporting to the Owner/Managing Director, controlling the finance function for the business. You will lead the process of bringing the accounting in house from the external accountants, implementing process and building the function internally.
As with most small SME's this will require a "hands on" accountant who takes ownership and accountability of the full finance function.
You will also work closely with the Managing Director, to add value and support the companies further growth plans, therefore a high level of commercial acumen will be imperative.
