Robert Half are working with a large construction client based in Hertfordshire looking to recruit a Management Accountant for 3-6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the consolidated management accounts, subsidiaries and Joint Ventures
• Checking and posting of completion statements as required, both sales and cost of sales
• Cash Flow Reporting
• Sales & Marketing Costs Analysis for Quarterly Budget Process
• Preparation of loan utilisation requests together with supporting information with liaison with Project Monitoring Surveyors
• Invoice shared costs to Joint Venture partners on a monthly basis as required
• Other ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis as required

About you:

• Previous construction / housing association experience - essential
• Previous experience of Consolidated / intercompany Accounts - advantageous
• Previous experience of working with joint ventures - advantageous
• Practical experience of a construction / large company ERP system,
• Strong Excel skills - essential
• ACCA/ CIMA or a strong QBE with sufficient industry experience

This role will be be based onsite with full Covid protocol being followed (all desks have plastic screens up between them, masks if leaving your desk, sanitisers, cleaners going round all day long)

Pay: £250-£300 umbrella basis depending on skills, experience and qualifications.
