Key Responsibilities:
• Booking AR deposits • Cashbook maintenance • Customer setup coordination • Being single point of contact for Spain • Reconciliations & reports • Month end close process • Payroll analysis and accounting • Running ad hoc queries and reports • Bank statements analysis

Requirements:
• Relevant University degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance • 1-2 years of experience in finance area • Fluent English and Spanish in speaking and writing is a must • Good IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Experience in use of accounting systems • Accurate and exceptional attention to detail • Flexibility in approach to work • Ability to remain focused in a rapidly changing environment and to multitask and work to key deadlines • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met • Pro-active and working autonomously and as part of a wider team
