Finance Business Partner - Operations Shared Service Centre (APAC)

We are looking for a highly analytical Finance Business Partner (Operations - Shared Service Centre) to join our regional team based in Kuala Lumpur.

You will be a key member of the Regional Finance Business Partnering team, supporting our APAC Operations Shared Service Centre.

Responsibilities:

• Business partnering end-to-end with Shared Service Centre, Country and Regional FP&A team to ensure that financials are clearly understood by wider teams
• Sit alongside the Shared Service Centre management team to support decision making with proactive insights to highlight opportunities for cost savings or process improvements
• Leading monthly and quarterly Financial Planning cycles for contact centre and vendor onboarding costs, providing forward-looking estimates and communicating the plans to multiple teams
• Ensuring that controls are in place to optimise costs & validate investments
• Managing end to end change management projects ensuring robust financial controls prior to the launch of new initiatives/expansion
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects, and continually automate/streamline processes to improve business efficiency in the region

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
• 5-10 years of Finance Business Partnering or FP&A background in e-commerce / logistics / delivery focused companies.
• Must have experience business partnering with a Shared Service Centre 
• Strong operational business understanding, including potential impact of business decisions on various internal/external stakeholders
• Relationship building skills to build rapport and influence senior stakeholders in Operations
• Experience in providing recommendations based on financial modelling and data analytics (including Excel, Tableau & SQL) to senior management for strategic decision-making
• Comfortable to sit within the business unit and explain financial concepts to non financial stakeholders
