Location
Pune, India Position Purpose/Summary

The objective of the holder of this position is to manage end to end operations for HCI India, and deliver on business metrics such as revenue, operating income, billing and cash. In addition to the basic operational responsibility, s/he is expected to support Sales and P&E in order acquisition, and manage executive relationships with key customers. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Accountabilities of this position include:

Deliver business results: Deliver quarterly business results - Revenue, OI, Billing and Cash. Also drive productivity, and customer satisfaction. Manage leadership reviews, reporting and MORs

Customer relationship management: Manage executive relationship with customers

Sales and estimation support: Account Development support to Sales, support proposal and estimation on deal commercials, T&Cs and cost estimation

People Management: Leverages and marshals company resources to address customers drivers and initiatives in a consultative manner. Works across functions and manages stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Manages and develops people and brings out the best out of everyone. Qualifications/ Experience/ Knowledge

Education / Qualifications

• Educated to a minimum of University Degree in engineering

• Postgraduate Business Qualification is advantageous

Experience

• At least 15 years of commercial experience in roles such as Operations, Project Management, Sales support

• Ideally the candidate will have significant operations management related experience

• Customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships

• Prior team management experience is high preferred
