Working knowledge on all trade Finance products and goodunderstanding on products like Buyers Credit, ECB, LC/BG, ODI and Export Bill collection/financing . Candidate should also possess knowledge on UCP, URDG, ISP and other ICC guidelines.

• Good understanding on Bank's internal systems/ processes, KYC/AML policy andSA/CA/FD opening/operation process.Knowledge on NRI liability products(NRE/FNCR) including A/c opening and account maintenance/HNI client management.

• Ability to manage smooth conduct of branch operations adhering to the laid down policies of the Bank. Ability to understand queries and extend logical solutions..

• Answer customer queries, coordinate with back office operations, facilitate to ensure total customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with various internal departments/units to ensure timely submission of regulatory reports

• Manage timely closure of deferrals, exceptions, audit observations and reconciliation of accounts.

• Preparation of MIS and tracking of maturities.

• To liaise with Business /Product /Support functionsto enable enhanced service experience.
• Candidate should possess good communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications :

Graduation/ Post Graduation / CTF/JAIIB/CAIIB certification will be an added advantage
