Accounting Manager

I am currently working a US software company. ​They combine digital and AI to deliver a cloud platform. they are looking for someone to commence in the role immediately to allow for handover and also get u to speed before July year end. The EMEA Accounting function works closely with the local Accounts Payable and Payroll teams to manage the operations and financial accounting for 10 legal entities and 2 branch offices. This includes delivering management accounts, annual financial statements, statutory filings and working closely with both the Headquarters finance team, the international tax team and our external auditors. Recognising the strategic importance of this function, the company invested in Oracle Fusion ERP system to enhance other technologies including Coupa, Concur and Financial Force and to improve efficiencies and enable the EMEA Accounting team to continue to deliver best-in-class results. They are looking to hire a qualified accountant with experience of management and financial accounting experience. Ideally you will have experience of US GAAP and SOX reporting.
