Job Description

Urgent requirement of SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Payroll Consultant - Permanent - Adelaide

Requirements

  • Relevant experience of 6-10 years in space of HCM/SuccessFactors
  • Minimum 2 full implementation experience in Employee Central / ECP and/or other Talent Management modules.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in support project
  • Hands-on knowledge of at least 3 modules within SuccessFactors (EC being mandatory)
  • Overall understanding of core HR processes
  • Understanding of support processes
  • SuccessFactors and integration troubleshooting skills
  • Good knowledge of HR processes across different modules

Key Skills/Knowledge:

  • Certification in 2 or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll / Recruitment / Onboarding / PMGM / LMS)
  • Extensive knowledge in the following areas: Australian Payroll, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM
  • Proficient in Role Based Permissions
  • Experience in cross HR module integrations § Strong knowledge in SAP Activate Methodology

Desirable skills:

  • Certification in other Talent management modules
  • Hands-on knowledge in other Talent management modules
  • Knowledge/experience of ITIL/SDLC processes
