Position Purpose:

The Senior Director - Tax will lead our tax provision function and participate in tax planning, risk assessment and company initiatives. This person must be able to think strategically as well as engage in day-to-day tactical matters.

Key Job Activities:

• Lead financial reporting for all taxes under ASC 740
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders for financial reporting
• Develop and lead tax forecasting process including working with FP&A and Treasury leaders
• Lead significant process improvement and/or technology implementation projects
• Work with the Vice President - Global Tax to lead tax planning and risk management activities
• Oversee tax compliance to ensure complete, accurate and timely tax return filings in the US and across the globe, inclusive of transfer pricing and country-by-country reporting
• Conduct research and analysis with respect to technical tax and tax accounting rules
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned


Required Education: in BachelorsPreferred Education: in Masters

Experience (North America & LATAM):

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent training
• Master's degree in Tax, Accounting, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of relevant tax experience with an accounting firm, law firm or corporate tax function
• 7+ years of supervising teams and developing people
• Advanced knowledge of ASC 740 and corporate taxation
• Experience working with digital technologies, including Onesource Tax Provision and Onesource Income Tax
• Ability to analyze statutes, regulations and guidance and then make recommendations and take action
• Experience enabling growth, driving operational effectiveness, managing risk and improving the quality, speed and availability of data relevant to tax matters
• Track record in prioritizing competing demands, sound decision making and delivering results on tight timelines
• Detail-oriented, organized and possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills, with an ability to address complex tax matters in ways that are meaningful and useful to non-tax professionals
• Ability to attract and retain high quality finance professionals
