Account ManagerWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager who will have the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills. As well a customer-centric mind-set and always putting people first, you are also expected to have a resilient, driven and flexible approach to work and our clients. You will have a growth mind-set, always on the lookout for new ways of working while you fulfill the needs of both your client and customers. We would also expect the successful applicant to be able to build and maintain effective relationships with both clients and customers. We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, good communicator who has the initiative and a driven attitude and the ability to respond to changing demands.
Role Purpose
The role of Account Manager is responsible for ensuring a gold level service is delivered to our clients. The role will manage both new and existing clients and will ensure a smooth on-boarding transition.

Role Purpose

Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with our client base
- Provide expert customer service and after-sales support to all clients
- Become additional support to the Customer Service Advisors and a point of acceleration
- Ensure that RDC delivers consistent service to all clients Own the production of quotes, PO Processing, Reporting and Invoicing
- Scheduling and attending 1 to 2 business review meetings with clients per week, recording actions and ensuring timely resolutions.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Previous experience with Relationship Management in a Customer Service environment
- Ability to resolve any conflict Previous experience of working at all levels of the business
- Strong planning and organising skills
- To be a proactive self-starter with drive and passion for the brand
- Previous experience in the IT industry is preferred.
