The business was founded by a group of ex big4 professionals who highlighted a strong need in the market for a more hands on approach to supporting organisations, due to some significant recent wins and expansion a newly created role for a project accountant has been created to sit between the Financial Accounting and reporting and risk assurance services division to support in winning and delivering projects

Key responsibilities

• Support the Financial and reporting team in delivering client engagements
• Perform complex financial reporting
• Take IFRS 9, 15 and 15 reviews
• Statutory accounts preparation
• Preparing forecasts and budgets
• Support the risk assurance services
• Develop internal audit framework
• ERP development and implementation

The successful candidate will be qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/ICAS or CA with a strong background in IFRS, UK GAAP and understanding of governance, risk management and control at an operational level. This role would suit a first time mover who is looking to take a role with high growth potential and great earning potential.
