We are looking for an experienced part time purchase ledger assistant

Key Requirements for the role

Checking and getting invoices signed offInput of invoices onto Sage 50 AccountsPreparing a payment listPreparing, reconciling and signing off Company credit card statementsCredit ControlGeneral Administration and filingAnswering the phoneCreating accounts on our FRED system and carrying out due diligence checksKey Skills and Experience


• Previous experience working on Sage would be an advantage


• AAT level 3 qualification an advantage


• Knowledge of working with Microsoft office

Hours of work: Tuesday and Friday (One other day to be agreed) 8am to 16.30pm

Salary Negotiable depending on experience.
