Our client is seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their busy Accounts team. This will be a varied role which will involve working in a team. You will mainly be working across your own ledger and assisting the purchase ledger team. The client is an innovative and established national company to work for, with a large finance team where you will be able to grow your career.

The position is a varied role:

  • Price checking and approving invoices
  • Payment runs, verification's
  • Monthly CIS Returns
  • Review of purchase orders raised with departments & contractors
  • Purchase ledger assistance such as, invoice registering, statement reconciliations, supplier queries
  • Assistance with month end reporting
  • Financial administration

You will need to be:

  • Confident, enthusiastic, and resilient
  • Have good communication skills
  • Team Player

AAT level 3 would be advantageous but not essential.

There are good public transport links available or parking if you intend to drive, this position will be working from the clients Launceston or Plymouth Office, with no work from home availability.
