Our client, a UK subsidiary of a large US FMCG manufacturing group, is seeking an experienced, qualified accountant to act as Finance Business Partner to the Operations team and the Manufacturing team within the factory. You will aim to ensure business decisions are grounded in sound financial analysis and ensure our processes drive control and accountability.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Support the business by pro-actively making analysis and making sure reporting is accurate and timely
• Create costings and provide controlling oversight and analysis such that deviations are fully understood, particularly by the Operations team
• Own inventory control across all sites ensuring policies and procedures are carried out appropriately
• Act as key contact for external auditors as part of annual audit

Skills & Experience:

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
• Experience of product costing in SAP
• Manufacturing background
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including good written and verbal communication
• Advanced Excel skills
