Axon Moore are representing a North West based PLC looking to add a Reporting Accountant to their Group Division.

This is a highly visible role across the business with excellent levels of exposure to divisional heads. The role is ideally suited to candidates from an ACA background looking to make their first move into industry at a Manager level.

Operating as part of a growing Group function, the role will have a broad set of responsibilities, leveraging the candidates technical background and providing the platform to gain a rich experience across a dynamic and growing business.

The successful individual will be responsible for:

• Managing the Global audit and engaging with stakeholders to ensure the consistent delivery across all subsidiaries.
• Working as part of a wider group function to ensure year end process are delivered accurately and on time; including providing a line of enquiry for divisional FD's.
• Help develop new group accounting standards.
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects such as new IT systems or on-boarding new acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will be:

• ACA Qualified first or second time mover.
• Excellent excel skillset.
• Strong management capability.
• Technically astute with experience with IFRS 102 and IFRS.
• Strong communicator looking to work in a vibrant environment.
