The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) is working with a Top 10 Accountancy firm to hire an Internal Audit Director to support their mixed-client portfolio, including corporate (FTSE100/250) clients.

Given the rapid growth of this firm, this is an exciting time to join the business and help build the team and develop the function. For the right person, this opportunity represents a clear route to Partner. You will be given the autonomy and responsibility to establish and grow the services and shape the strategy of the firm.

A successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of internal audit, have experience in various sectors, be commercially astute and have managerial experience. This is an ideal opportunity for a Director looking to drive growth or a senior manager in another practice firm looking to step up to a Director level position. Candidates from large commercial organisations will also be considered, especially if you also have previous experience working for one of the Big 4/Top 10 firms.
