SF Executive are working with a private equity backed service sector business in the East Midlands to source a credible and deal savvy Chief Financial Officer.

Reporting to the CEO of this £20m turnover business and working as part of the main Board you will be responsible for setting and driving the strategy of this business through a combination of organic growth and carefully planned M&A activity.

You will also shape and lead a capable finance team in the delivery of cutting edge and commercially relevant financial data aswell as being the main point of contact for external stakeholders.

A qualified accountant, you will have as a minimum have led significant M&A activity as a CFO / FD in industry. Precedence will be given to candidates that have also led a company divestment - this could be a trade sale, PE exit or IPO.
