For our client, from new AGS from the medical sector, I am seeking a person who wants to broaden their skills in the Payroll area.

Senior Payroll Specialist with German / Dutch / Russian Senior Payroll Specialist with German / Dutch / Russian Work place: Warszawa Ref. no 192249/6983
Responsibilities:
  • processing new hires and leavers,
  • uploading timesheets,
  • inputting all non-recurrent data: bonuses, shift premiums, overtime, etc.,
  • inputting recurrent data: car benefit, transportation allowance, garnishments, etc.,
  • processing absences: medical leave, maternity, paternity, etc.,
  • checking T&A and payroll output: T&A sheets, payslips, reports, GL files, payments, etc.,
  • preparing payments: advances, net pay, Social Security, pension funds, etc.,
  • providing various excel files/payroll reports required by stakeholders,
  • assist the finance team with complex account reconciliations and investigations,
  • dealing with inquiries from employees, managers and other internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner,
  • liaising with external stakeholders (payroll provider, Government agencies, etc.) to ensure high-quality payroll and timely resolution of issues,
  • preparing Year-End declarations,
  • dealing with ad-hoc data requests,
  • completing payroll project work as required,
  • working with payroll provider for testing requirements,
  • ensuring Collective Agreements are adhered to in the payroll system,
  • reporting to Social Insurance agency,
  • issuing of Employer Certificates,
  • process improvements.
Requirements:
  • very good knowledge of Belgium, Swiss or Russian Payroll,
  • fluent German / Dutch / Russian and communicative English min. (B2),
  • min. 2 years of experience in work in a similar position will be an advantage,
  • commitment to providing an outstanding level of service,
  • ability to manage multiple tasks whilst working towards strict deadlines,
  • strong Excel and willingness to develop them,
  • previous experience with an external payroll vendor (NGA) will be an advantage.
