*Check and book purchase invoices
*Prepare weekly/ accounts payable listing, identify vendors for payment, and ensure timely and accurate payment
*Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
*Checking account balances on a monthly basis
*Help manage individual accounts, create and maintain vendors and customers accounts
*Prepare journal entries as needed
*Assist in preparing monthly billings to customers and follow up on them
*Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested
*Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
*Other as needed and related to function

You Have...
*Accounting or finance-related studies
*2+ year of professional experience in a similar position
*Advanced computer skills (including G Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
*Accuracy, timeliness, patience,
*Good analytical and numerical skills
*Advanced level of spoken and written English
