Our client, a leading Insurance business based in Bournemouth, are currently looking to recruit an Commercial Account Manager to join their growing team. You will be expected to deliver sustainable, profitable growth and provide high levels of customer service. Knowledge of Insurance is essential for this role.
Duties:
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of the companies general Insurance products, including product licences and competencies for your role.
- Providing high levels of Customer Service.
- Research, plan, implement and monitor sales.
- Identify, analyse and collate data relating to existing customers to generate prospects for General Insurance products.
- Review and advise (where appropriate).
- Maintain own knowledge and skills to sell professionally and compliantly.
- Identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities and activities to new and existing customers.
- Process and dispatch renewal documentation.
Experience Required:
- Excellent sales and customer service experience.
- Experience of working within an Insurance environment.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
